What we collect.
When you place an order, AXLE collects the name, email address, delivery address and selected products needed to process it. We may receive limited browser information to keep the storefront secure and functioning. We do not sell personal information or use order details for unrelated advertising.
How it is used.
Information is used to prepare delivery, send order updates, respond to customer service requests and manage returns. The current PayPal-labelled checkout is a demonstration and does not process payment credentials. If a live payment service is introduced, its own privacy terms will apply.
Your choices.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, subject to required accounting and legal records. Contact us using the email associated with your order so we can locate it securely.
